Legate hrollod won t die. I can easily wipe out most of the soldiers but every time i take away all of the legates health they kneel then get back up like they re essential. He goes into submission quickly but rikke can t be killed. Is this a glitch or supposed to be like this. As an essential character he cannot die even after the civil war questline has been completed.
